Previously, Moyseevna was registered with Cl Wealth Management LLC in Columbia, Maryland from 2015 to 2017 and with Cabot Lodge Securities LLC in Columbia, Maryland from 2013 to 2017.
Moyseevna has been the subject of two customer complaints in 2020, according to her CRD report:
- July 2020. “Claimant alleges that the Parking REIT was an unsuitable investment. Claimant also alleges failure to properly supervise.” The case is currently pending. The complaint took place while Moyseevna was registered with Cabot Lodge Securities, LLC and was regarding real estate securities.
- June 2020. “The Claimant alleges the recommendation of an unsuitable investment.” The case is currently pending. The complaint took place while Moyseevna was registered with Cabot Lodge Securities LLC and was regarding non-traded real estate investment trusts (REITs).
Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Cabot Lodge Securities LLC may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Moyseevna’s customers.
