The complaint was regarding real estate investment trusts (REITs).
May 2021. “Claim alleges breach of fiduciary duty, negligence and negligent misrepresentation, and breach of contract in relation to various investments made in January 2016 to January 2017.” The customer is seeking $876,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding direct investments.
June 2019. “Client is alleging misrepresentation, fraud, and suitability in relation to limited partnership investments made in June and October of 2017.” The customer is seeking $1,000,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding direct investments.
