Faith Xenos Customer Complaints
Faith Xenos has been the subject of one customer complaint, according to her CRD report:
October 2021. “Customer alleges that RR, in capacity as financial advisor with affiliated investment adviser, overconcentrated customers’ accounts beginning in July 2020 in a complex alternative mutual fund that was not suitable.” The customer is seeking $346,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding mutual fund losses and took place while she was registered with Mariner Wealth Advisor.
Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Mariner Wealth Advisor may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Faith Xenos’ customers.
