Esmeraldo Espinoza Customer Complaints
Esmeraldo Espinoza has been the subject of one customer complaint, according to his CRD report:
October 2021. “Customer purchased five separate Variable Universal Life policies with one purchase occurring in September 2019 while the remaining four purchases occurred in March 2021. Customer alleges that all five purchases were not clearly understood by her at the time of sale.” The case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding insurance losses and took place while he was registered with NYLIFE Securities LLC.
Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, NYLIFE Securities LLC may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Esmeraldo Espinoza’s customers.
