November 2021. “Arbitration Statement of Claim alleged the investments Claimant purchased in 2014 were unsuitable given his financial situation, investment objectives and risk tolerance. Claimant further alleges the BD failed to conduct adequate due diligence on the investment programs.” The customer is seeking $134,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while he was registered with Parkland Securities, LLC and was regarding real estate securities.
