March 2022. “The customer alleged, inter alia, Mr. Feng failed to follow instructions with respect to her investments from 2021 to 2022. The complaint was made on 3/9/2022 and the status is still pending.” The customer is seeking $487,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding common and preferred stocks.
