Alleged violations include suitably, churning, breach of fiduciary duty and unauthorized trading.” The customer is seeking $322,734.50 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding common and preferred stock losses, and it took place while he was registered with Phx Financial, Inc.
April 2021. “Fraud, churning, unauthorized trading, excessive commissions. Claim covers the time period at a previous firm between roughly 02/2013 thru 14/2015.” The customer is seeking $4,800,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding derivatives and equity OTC losses, and it took place while he was registered with Empire Asset Management Company.
