Kalos Capital, Inc. broker Joshua Stivers (CRD# 5708565) is accused of unsuitable investment recommendations. Stivers has been registered with Kalos Capital, Inc. in Austin, Texas since 2017. Previously, Stivers was registered with G.F. Investment Services, LLC in Austin, Texas from 2014 to 2017.
Stivers has been the subject of one customer complaint in 2019, according to his CRD report:
September 2019. “Client alleges that during the course of her relationship with broker from May 2017 to August 2018, the investments made were not suitable.” The customer is seeking $100,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The allegations took place while Stivers was registered with Kalos Capital, Inc. and was regarding private equity.
