Client also claims breach of fiduciary duty & misrepresentation among others regarding the purchase of a private placement purchase.” The customer is seeking $125,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while Au was registered with WestPark Capital Inc. and was regarding common and preferred stocks and private placements.
July 2017. “Unauthorized trading.” The customer sought $17,540.34 in damages and the case was settled for $3,500. The complaint took place while Au was registered with WestPark Capital Inc. and is regarding common and preferred stocks.
