December 2021. “Breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and negligence, negligent supervision, fraudulent inducement to hold investment, violation of FINRA/NYSE rules, and violation of the securities laws, including the Wisconsin Securities Act.” The customer is seeking $100,000 in damages.
May 2021. “Unsuitable recommendations to concentrate Claimants’ accounts, including IRA accounts, in illiquid, high commission private placement investments. The case was settled for $35,000.
January 2020. “Unsuitable investments.” The customer sought $500,000 in damages and the case was settled for $100,000. The complaint was regarding alternative investments.
