June 2024. “Customer alleges representative failed to follow customer’s instruction and purchased a different product than requested. Activity period February 2021 to December 2023.” The customer is seeking $235,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding structured product losses, and it took place while he was registered with LPL Financial LLC.
