November 2023. “Claimant alleges that during the approximate time period 2019-2022, representative recommended investments that were unsuitable for the customer’s investment profile and risk tolerance.” The customer sought $395,000 in damages, and the case was settled for $130,000. The complaint was regarding variable annuity and common and preferred stock investment losses, and it took place while he was registered with Commonwealth Financial Network.
