April 2023. “Claimants, who are the daughters of the deceased client, allege that Mr. Thiele did not properly supervise the financial professional who serviced their father’s account; that the account was traded too aggressively; and that this resulted in purported losses in the account.” The customer sought $1,228,822 in damages, and the case was settled for $450,000. The complaint was regarding common and preferred stock losses.
