December 2023. “Client alleges, inter alia, misrepresentation with respect to the recommendation to sell certain securities in their accounts at the end of 2022.” The customer is seeking $300,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint is regarding common and preferred stocks and self-directed fee based accounts.
