Brian Court has been the subject of five customer complaints between 2009 and 2021, two of which were closed without action, according to his CRD report. Recent complaints are regarding:
July 2021. “Time frame: May 2014 – March 2021. Claimant alleges unsuitability, churning, breach of fiduciary duty and, negligence.” The customer is seeking $110,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding real estate securities and unspecified securities and took place while Brian Court was registered with Aegis Capital Corp.
February 2017. “Time frame: June 2015 – November 2016. Client alleges unauthorized trading, unsuitable transactions, and churning.” The customer sought $65,451 in damages and the case was settled for $35,000.
