May 2020. “Clients allege firm and representative failed to meet its fiduciary duty and purchased speculative investments for which the clients have suffered significant damages.” The customer is seeking $150,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding mutual funds and non-traded real estate investment trusts (REITs).
