The complaint lodged allegations of Poor Recommendation/Poor Advice concerning an investment made by Mr. [REDACTED] in GWG Holdings, LLC L-Bonds and in Northstar Healthcare Income, Inc . The complaint highlights concerns regarding the quality of the recommendations and advice provided by the aforementioned registered representatives in relation to Mr. [REDACTED]’s investment of $300,000.00 in GWG Holdings L-Bonds and $90,000 loss in his investment in Northstar Healthcare Income, Inc.” The customer is seeking $390,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding real estate securities and private placements, and it took place while he was registered with Stonecrest Capital Markets, Inc.
October 2022. “[REDACTED] wrote a formal complaint letter to the Firm on October 19, 2022 which was mailed and received by the Firm on October 27, 2022 and a response to the customer was sent on November 3, 2022. The customer alleges that his registered representatives gave him poor recommendations/ poor advice related to the GWG L-Bonds from 2019 to 2022. The customer requested a refund of $300,000 USD. The Firm filed the 4530 on December 5, 2022.” The customer is seeking $300,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding corporate debt, and it took place while he was registered with Stonecrest Capital Markets, Inc.
