Previously, he was registered with Eckman Wealth Management, LLC in Westwood, Kansas, from 2015 to 2016, and with Princor Financial Services Corporation in Olathe, Kansas, from 2013 to 2014.
In December 2015, the state of Missouri sanctioned him to pay a $5,000 monetary penalty related to allegations that he “transacted business in Missouri as an unregistered investment adviser representative for more than five clients on behalf of Eckman Wealth Management, LLC since May 13, 2014; and Prince failed to report on his application a Kansas state tax lien.”
