In August 2019, FINRA barred Brodsky after he “consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he provided a partial, but incomplete, response to FINRA’s request for documents and information, requested by FINRA in connection with its review of his outside business activities.”
Brodsky has been the subject of one customer complaint in 2020, according to his CRD report:
October 2020. “From 8/15 through 12/15 claimant made investments in a private placement of Concord Group Holdings which claimant alleges was a Ponzi scheme.” The customer is seeking $800,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding private placements.
Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Dinosaur Financial Group, L.L.C. may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Brodsky’s customers.
