Hersch has been the subject of one customer complaint in 2021, according to his CRD report:
February 2020. “Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Constructive Fraud, Fraud-Intentional Misrepresentation, Fraud – Concealment, Negligent Misrepresentation, Negligence. Allegations stem from investments in a private fund.” The customer is seeking $1,400,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while Hersch was registered with Florence Capital Advisors, LLC.
Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Florence Capital Advisors, LLC may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Hersch’s customers.
