Mamane has been the subject of two customer complaints between 2013 and 2017, one of which was withdrawn, according to his CRD report:
June 2017. “Time frame: unspecified. Claimant alleges fraud, excessive trading, churning, unauthorized trading, breach of fiduciary duty, unsuitability, breach of contract, negligence and deceptive practices.” The customer is seeking $600,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The case is regarding common and preferred stocks.
