- October 2016. “Claim alleging misrepresentations and other causes of action in connection with the sale of various alternative investments in approximately August 2014.” The customer is seeking $350,000 in damages and the case is currently pending.
Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Kestra Investment Services, LLC may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Walk’s customers.
