Wilk has been the subject of six customer complaints between 2016 and 2019, according to his CRD report. Five prior complaints regarding unauthorized trading were settled. Wilk was registered with National Securities Corp. and Myers Associates LP at the time of the allegations. The most recent complaint is regarding:
October 2019. “Common law fraud; negligent misrepresentation; breach of fiduciary duty; failure to supervise; negligence. Time period of alleged activity: November 2017 through summer 2018.” The customer is seeking $100,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while Wilk was registered with Worden Capital Management LLC and was regarding equity OTC and common and preferred stocks.
