August 2020. “Claimant alleges, inter alia, unsuitability with respect to alternate investments – Aug, 2016 – Jul, 2020.” The customer is seeking $200,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint was related to a non-broker-dealer affiliate product and hedge funds.
