October 2023. “Allegations: unsuitability, misrepresentation/omission Allegation period: February 26, 2015 the date of the first purchase of the investments at issue to October 23, 2023 the date the SOC was received.” The customer is seeking $100,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding mutual funds and energy sector losses, including Energy 11 and Energy 12.
