- March 2020. “Unsuitable and unauthorized trading during early 2017 to present.” The customer is seeking $650,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while Rainwater was registered with Arkadios Capital and was regarding private placements.
- March 2020. “Unsuitable product September 2017 to present.” The customer is seeking $125,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while Rainwater was registered with Arkadios Capital and was regarding private placements.
- February 2020. “Unsuitable product from March 2017 through present.” The customer is seeking $100,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while Rainwater was registered with Arkadios Capital and was regarding private placements.
- April 2019. “Unsuitable products/misrepresentations.” The case was settled for $90,000. The complaint took place while Rainwater was registered with Arkadios Capital and was regarding private placements.
Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Arkadios Capital may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Rainwater’s customers.
