The complaint took place while he was registered with Triad Advisors LLC and Arkadios Capital and was regarding real estate securities and direct investments.
May 2020. “Misrepresentation private placement in February 2017.” The customer is seeking
$50,000 in damages. The complaint was regarding private placements and the complaint was regarding Arkadios Capital.
