August 2022. “Claimant, individually and in her capacity as Executrix of deceased client’s Estate, alleges through various causes of action, that Edward Jones permitted the wrongful transfer of funds to Claimant’s brother from her deceased mother’s Edward Jones account. Claimant questions the mother’s capacity to give instructions for such transfers and likewise challenges the validity and approval of the power of attorney.” The customer is seeking $332,353.32 in damages, and the case is currently pending.
