Walsh has been the subject of three customer complaints between 2015 and 2018, according to his CRD report:
- March 2018. “Products purchased in 2013 are allegedly unsuitable.” The customer is seeking $100,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. This case is regarding municipal debt.
- September 2017. “Clients allege that certain non-specified recommendations regarding investment grade municipal bonds made in or after 2006 for their self directed accounts were “unsuitable.” The customer is seeking $90,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. This case is regarding municipal debt.
- November 2015. “Unsuitable Transactions.” The customer sought $250,000 in damages and the case was settled for $30,000. This case was regarding municipal debt.
