April 2021. “Claimant alleges he was provided misleading information in the sale of real estate investment trusts and business development companies between 2012 and 2015, leading to investment losses. Claimant further alleges that these investments were unsuitable.” The case was settled for $28,000. The complaint took place while he was registered with Axa Advisors, LLC, and it was regarding real estate security losses.
