September 2024. “The claimant alleges that beginning in 2019, there were withdrawals from her variable annuity without her knowledge and consent. The claim seeks compensatory damages of approximately $150,000, plus interest, fees, costs, and other damages.” The customer is seeking $150,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding variable annuity investment losses, and the complaint took place while he was registered with NYLife Securities LLC.
