Chandra has been registered with Royal Alliance Associates, Inc. Clearwater, Florida since 2018. Previously, Signator Investors, Inc. in Clearwater, Florida from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, Chandra was registered with LPL Financial LLC in Clearwater, Florida from 2010 to 2017.
Chandra has been the subject of two customer complaints between 2009 and 2020, according to his CRD report. The most recent complaint is regarding:
December 2020. “Customer alleges unsuitable alternative investment recommendation. Activity period: 1/2015 to 12/2020.” The customer is seeking $100,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while Chandra was registered with LPL Financial LLC and was regarding real estate securities and business development companies (BDCs).
Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, LPL Financial LLC may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Chandra’s customers.
