Arkadios Capital broker Thomas Baer (CRD# 1663820) is accused of structured note losses. He has been registered with Arkadios Capital in Erie, Pennsylvania, since 2022. He was registered with Kalos Management and Kalos Capital, Inc. in Erie, Pennsylvania, from 2018 to 2022, and Madison Avenue Securities, LLC in Erie, Pennsylvania, from 2009 to 2018.
In May 2009, The Insurance Commissioner Of The Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania sanctioned him to pay a $10,000 civil and administrative penalty following allegations regarding, “insurance commissioner found that Thomas Baer sold 31 insurance policies to 14 customers, where signatures indicated a sale in the state of Ohio, when in fact, the customers lived, signed and purchased the policies in Pennsylvania.”

July 2024. “Unsuitable products/recommendation: Structured Income Notes.” The case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding structured income notes, and it took place while he was registered with Arkadios Capital.
