- November 2019. “Unsuitable recommendation with regard to a private placement.” The customer is seeking $200,000 in damages and the case is currently pending.
- November 2019. “Unsuitable recommendation with regard to a private placement.” The customer is seeking $75,000 in damages and the case is currently pending.
- November 2019. “Unsuitable recommendation with regard to a private placement.” The customer is seeking $75,000 in damages and the case is currently pending.
- November 2019. “Unsuitable recommendation with regard to a private placement.” The customer is seeking $100,000 in damages and the case is currently pending.
- November 2019. “Unsuitable recommendation with regard to a private placement.” The customer is seeking $65,000 in damages and the case is currently pending.
