Wells Fargo Financial Advisor Richard Lucker Receives $14 Million Customer Complaint

Erez Law is currently investigating Wells Fargo financial advisor Richard Lucker (CRD# 2285760) regarding failure to supervise a customer’s account. Lucker has been registered with Wells Fargo in El Paso, Texas since 2014. Lucker was previously registered with Morgan Stanley in Tucson, Arizona from 2009 to 2014.

Lucker has been the subject of one customer complaint, according to his CRD report:

March 2017. “Claimant alleged, inter alia, failure to supervise with respect to FA’s management of her account – 2011 to 2013.” The customer is seeking $14,447,501 in damages and the case is currently pending.

Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Wells Fargo may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Lucker’s customers.
