Faho has been the subject of two customer complaints between 2020 and 2021, according to his CRD report:
- January 2021. “March 2019 to present. Client alleges poor performance.” The customer sought $180,000 in damages in this pending complaint.
- August 2020. “Time Frame: 2016 to Present. Claimant alleges unauthorized trading, churning, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, unsuitable investments.” The customer is seeking $462,259.99 in damages and the case is currently pending. The case was regarding common and preferred stocks.
Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Aegis Capital Corp. may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Faho’s customers.
